Dr. Tonya Ward Jackson graduated from NSU College of Optometry and served as a research faculty member there until she began her private practice in 1991. Licensed in the state of Oklahoma since 1989, she holds certification in therapeutics and the use of ophthalmic lasers. At New Vision Eye and Laser Center she continues to provide all aspects of optometric care with an emphasis on Laser Vision Correction and complex contact lens cases.

Dr. Jackson completed her training in micropigmentation at the American MicropigmentationAcademy in San Antonio, Texas. Her exceptional technical skills were recognized with an outstanding student award. Dr. Jackson has been certified in micropigmentation since 2001. She has assisted the state as a clinical examiner and educator to certify others to perform micropigmentation. The addition of permanent make-up to Dr. Jackson's practice has allowed her to assist women of all ages in defining their natural beauty.

Through the years Dr. Jackson heard many requests from her cosmetic patients to remove a brown spot, broken blood vessel, unwanted hair and even improperly placed permanent make-up. This motivated her to launch a new endeavor encompassing all types of skin rejuvenation, permanent make-up, hair removal and even tattoo removal. In the summer of 2007, Dr. Jackson founded New Skin. New Skin is a professional medical spa that offers customized aesthetics using traditional treatments, non-invasive laser procedures, medical grade microdermabrasion and cosmeceuticals.

Emmy has been providing customized esthetics and advanced cosmeceutical treatments since her licensure in August 2008. She is a graduate of Clary Sage College of Cosmetology, Spa & Esthetics. In addition to her basic training she completed advanced training in film & photography make-up and eyelash extension training.

Emmy's clinical experience and training have led her to understand that the best possible skin is a result of combining traditional aesthetics, advanced technology, such as non-invasive laser treatments and microderm, with advanced cosmeceuticals. Emmy utilizes Clinical Care Skin Solutions products to improve the condition of your skin. She can customize a home program to suit your specific skin care needs.

Men can benefit from her customized facials for razor bumps, rosacea and even hair removal from face, neck, and ears.

For women each skin care program is customized to address the individual needs of the client and may include any combination of laser treatments, microdermabrasion, facials, and cosmeceuticals.

Teenage acne can be dramatically improved without resorting to oral medications. Emmy can customize a program for your teen using a combination of skin care, facials, extractions and gentle laser treatments to minimize breakouts and prevent scarring.
